FUELRYTE LLC (“FUELRYTE”) RETURN POLICY
OVERVIEW
You may return any unopened item purchased from FuelRyte for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase (the product ship date is considered the date of purchase), less any shipping and handling charges which are non-refundable. FuelRyte reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return through FuelRyte, you must have ordered directly from FuelRyte. The item you purchased must be returned, unused, in good condition, in original packaging (whenever possible). You may contact us at support@fuelryte.com for quick and easy return assistance. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns on purchases made from a reseller are not eligible for any refunds or exchanges directly from FuelRyte. You will need to contact the reseller you originally made your purchase with and follow their return policy guidelines.
REFUNDS
To facilitate the return and refund process, please email support@fuelryte.com for an RMA number and any additional return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed on the cost of the FuelRyte product, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If after 30 days, you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account statement. Then contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@fuelryte.com.
EXCHANGES
FuelRyte will only replace a product if it arrived to you defective or damaged, and the exchange request is made within 30 days of receipt of the original product. To be eligible for an exchange, your FuelRyte product must be unused and in the same condition that you
