This Privacy Notice explains how FuelRyte LLC (“FuelRyte,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares your information when:

These third party websites and widgets are provided for your information and convenience, operate independently from us, and are subject to their own privacy policies. This Privacy Notice does not cover the practices of those third party websites or social media networks. 8. Your Choices.

Opt-Out of Promotional Email Messages. To opt out of promotional emails from us via email, please update your email preferences in your account settings on our Sites or email us at support@fuelryte.com.

Opt-Out of Text Messages. To opt out of text messages from us, reply STOP to text messages sent. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out of Subscriptions. To opt out of subscriptions, please email us at support@fuelryte.com.

Removing Content From Our Sites. You can request that we remove content or information you have posted on our Sites via an email to support@fuelryte.com. Please note that even if we remove your content, historical copies of the content may remain on our systems.

Opt-Out of Interest-Based Advertising. Sharing of personal information for targeted advertising based on your interaction on different websites may be considered “sales,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of these activities. If you would like to exercise this opt-out right, please click the “Your Ads Privacy Choices” link at the bottom of our Sites. You may also exercise your right to opt-out of online tracking technologies by using the Global Privacy Control (GPC) on the browsers and extensions that support such a signal. California Shine the Light Law: Our customers who are California residents have the right to request information from us once per calendar year regarding the customer information we share with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. 9. Children.

Our Sites are directed to adults. and we do not knowingly collect the personal information from children under the age of 18.
