Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We totally get it—sometimes we change our minds too!

While we’d love to offer order changes or cancellations, we're currently unable to modify or cancel an order once it’s been placed. That’s something we hope to offer in the future.

If your item(s) don’t work out, you’re welcome to return any unopened product within 30 days for a refund or request an exchange if your item arrived damaged or defective. Just note: shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payment details are processed securely either by us or by our trusted third-party payment processors, in compliance with industry standards.

Shipping

How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, Monday through Friday.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 4 PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM EST will ship the next business day.

Do you ship on weekends?

No. UPS Ground does not deliver on weekends, and we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive in 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Will there be delays if I order late in the week?

Yes, orders placed on Thursday or Friday may arrive the following week due to UPS’s Monday–Friday delivery schedule.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return any unopened item purchased directly from Kanin within 30 days of the ship date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

What condition must items be in to return them?

Items must be unused, in good condition, and in the original packaging when possible.

How do I initiate a return?

Email support@fuelryte.com to request an RMA number and return instructions. Be sure to include proof of purchase.

Can I return a product I bought from a retailer or reseller?

No. Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Kanin. Contact the original seller for their return process.

How are refunds processed?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.

What if I haven’t received my refund after 30 days?

  • Check your bank statement.
  • Contact your bank, as posting times may vary.
  • Still no refund? Email support@fuelryte.com.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes—but only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Requests must be made within 30 days, and the item must be unused and in its original condition.
